Integrated Natural Health is a provider of osteopathy and naturopathy services through clinics in SW Scotland and central London.

We set us this site to enable our patients and clients to purchase what we believe to be the best and most cost-effective products and aids to assist in recovery from injury and attaining best possible health.  We have no links to any of the companies that provide these products and we offer them to you with minimal profit margins to ourselves.

Help Using This Site

To help in finding the most suitable product, we have grouped products into categories.  These are easily accessible either from the menu bar at the top of each page or from the main Home page.  Some products appear in several relevant categories or you can search for a particular product using the Search box at the top left of each page.

Clicking on the product you are interested in will take you to its product description page.  Here you can choose to add the product to your basket.   You may need to select a particular size or colour before you Add to Basket.  You can see the products in your Shopping Cart in the box on the left of each page.  

If you would like to change quantities, delete a product, check delivery charges or finish your purchase you can click on the Shopping Cart or click Checkout at the top right of the page.  

Here simply follow the instructions to either pay by using your credit or debit card or by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this site.  PayPal provide the payment services for the shopping gateway for this site.  We do not see or have any access to your payment details. PayPal then send us details of your order and delivery details for us to fulfil.

All your customer details and payment information is kept safe and secure.   All the servers are protected by several hardware firewalls and our payment pages are protected by a 128bit secure server.  

The shopping cart for this site is administered by ekmPowershop, one of the biggest shopping cart providers on the UK internet. .They admininister the payment gateway to PayPal.  

PayPal provide highly secure online shopping by allowing you to hold your details securely with them and avoid having to repeatedly enter your credit/debit card details on the internet. However, PayPal also acts just like any other card processing company so you do not have to have an account with them in order to use them.  It is completely free to you, the customer, to use PayPal. 

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order before 12 noon, we will process and despatch your order the same day. We use Royal Mail First Class post for most items. Royal Mail endeavour to provide next day delivery for first class post, including Saturdays.  

If you wish for Guaranteed Next Day delivery, we will send your order by a guaranteed service at extra cost.  This service does not include Saturdays.  If you order your product on Friday, next day means Tuesday for most services.

Please contact us if you need more details of the particular expected delivery times for your order.  Estimated delivery times are not contractual.

Free Delivery Over £65

We offer free delivery on most orders over £65.  However, as we have minimal profit margins for this small business, this does not include heavier items or orders over 4kg total weight.

Pick Up Goods in Clinic

If you live locally, you can choose to pick up your order from the clinic.  Please enter the Voucher Code: Pickup at the shopping Cart/Checkout to remove the delivery charges.  

Alternatively, you can send us you order and pay for it at the clinic.  Please enter the products you would like in the form on the Contact Us page (do not use the Shopping Cart) and we will notify you when you order is ready to pick up.  This is especially convenient if you are already coming to the clinic for treatment or if you prefer to pay in cash.
